We are now looking for a Deputy Store Manager in Mora! As a Deputy Store Manager at Jula, you will work together with the management team to create a fantastic work environment and a well-functioning store. You are an important role model for the employees and help them grow and reach their full potential. Together with the management team, you create conditions for both employees and customers to thrive.
What does a typical day look like as a Deputy?
You lead and work alongside employees in the daily operations with sales and inventory work, restocking goods, cashier work, and implementing marketing and sales plans. When the Store Manager is not present, you represent Jula as an employer and have the ultimate responsibility for staff, store operations, and results.
Through communication and feedback, you develop employees and build teams. A typical day involves many laughs with your colleagues and customers. You work side by side with the team, and it is in the daily work that you coach and develop employees by supporting them where needed. Together with the management team, you plan the operations and drive the work so that your team can maximize sales and profitability in the store. You enjoy following up on results and achieving set goals together with the team. Together, you deliver a sales-strong store and a fantastic shopping experience for the customer.
At the end of the day, you feel proud of what you have accomplished together and look forward to new challenges.
What’s in your CV
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a leading personality with good self-awareness. You have the ability to motivate, engage, and develop others. You have experience working as a leader, and if it is within retail, it is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish, and since we are an international company, some training may be conducted in English, so you need to have an understanding of English. You have numerical understanding and are used to working towards set goals as well as good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office. Having a forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.

Good to know
Location: Mora. The position of Deputy Store Manager is full-time and permanent with a six-month probationary period. Starting after agreement. The position involves working days, evenings, and weekends. If you feel that you would be a good fit for this role, do not hesitate to apply directly!
